Fluidum Communications® was founded in 1996 by Andia Ratering. She has been active as a consultant and coach for more than fifteen years. Her emphasis is on the specially developed Fluidum Coaching, which plays an important role in her holistic human resources consulting.
Originally she comes from the area of tax consulting and accounting, and expanded her traditional career path at the age of twenty-four. For several years she worked primarily in multimedia as studio manager and producer for television programs, as well as instructor, author and journalist.

She has attended numerous courses in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), HDI (brain dominance instrument), physiognomische psychology, pathophysiognomics, systemic consulting and human design, among other areas. In addition, she has published articles and made television and radio appearances.
